Discover the highlights of Bursa and Uludag on a full-day tour from Istanbul. firstly we’ll visit Uludag Mountain by cable car, which is above 1810M. And then we will visit the Saitabat Waterfalls. we will Visit landmarks in Bursa such as the Great Mosque (Ulu Camii) and Green Mosque (Yesil Camii), and other sites in the former capital of the Ottoman Empire. the Silk Bazaar, the clothes market and the Turkish sweets factory.
You can see the city from the top 2,200 meters, then watch the wonderful view of the forests at the top, it’s a really nice view of the city and mountains.
Very close to the city center, Saitabat Waterfall is formed by the flow of water from Uludag. You can have a pleasant lunch or dinner in the restaurants around the waterfall in the summer, cold in summer and warm weather in winter.
The Grand Mosque of Bursa is a historic mosque in Bursa, Turkey. It was commissioned by the Ottoman Sultan Bayezid I to commemorate his great victory at the Battle of Nicopolis and built between 1396 and 1399.
It was built by Sultan Bayezid II to bring income to the mosques and madrasahs in Istanbul. The construction, which started in March 1489, was completed on September 30, 1491 and was put into service. The architect of the Khan is Abdülûlâ bin Pulad Shah.
